All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You can reschedule your appointment yourself, once, up to 72 hours before. If you attempt to reschedule after this period the amount will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

Cancellations/ no shows within 12 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of the whole service. If this is not payed you will be blacklisted.

Please arrive on time to appointments, if you are more than 10 mins late, unfortunately I will have to cancel your appointment and it will be treated as a no show.

When you arrive for your appointment, please wait until your appointment time, it's rare I run early

I will not remove or infill other nail techs work, please remove this beforehand. The appointment will not go ahead if this is the case.

No plus ones or young children in the studio unfortunately, due to my insurance and the fact that I need full concentration

I do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided please message me within 72hrs of your appointment and I'll be more than happy to offer an alternative solution.

If you return for infills after 4+ weeks it will be a £5 extra charge, as more product and time is used.

Appointments before 9.30am and after 7.30pm are out of hours, and are £10 extra.

Please do not use my personal phone number to book, reschedule or cancel appointments.Please do this through the website or DM/email me.

You must let me know of any noticeable changes to the nail health, you must also follow my professional advice when getting treatments from me. If I recommend that you need a break or a reduction in length, for example, it is at your best interest.
